We are actively committed to strengthening our resources – through preventive services, targeted measures and a culture that understands health as a shared concern.

We focus on holistic health – with varied, exciting activities that strengthen both body and mind. We organise inspiring lectures on topics such as better sleep and resilience to provide valuable moments for everyday life. Exercise is not neglected either: together we pedal in the ‘Bike to Work’ campaign and show that fitness and sustainability go hand in hand. For those who enjoy laughing and puzzling together, we host game nights that not only put everyone in a good mood, but also foster team spirit.
And because healthy eating is just as important, we invite you to cooking events where we learn together how to prepare simple and healthy dishes – with lots of fun and enjoyment, of course!
