Rapid and cost-effective modification.
EAO products are modular in structure and can be easily configured. Accordingly, we can further develop these industrial HMI Components in line with your requirements. Our technical expert knowledge facilitates adaptation of the appearance, surface, functionality and connection option. Additional possibilities include, for example, adapted cable lengths or plug connections, custom engraved or laser symbols, or an extended selection in terms of the text or colour of the front frame.

Labelling
EAO will label your lenses, labelling plates and film inserts individually with text, symbols or pictograms. You can choose between engraved, stamped or laser marking.
Complete product and/or kitting service
EAO offers fully assembled products and a kitting service. These assembled product and kits are assigned a unique order number, which simplifies the ordering process and eliminates the need to store individual components. Customised packaging and labelling with your part number is also available.
Illumination
Do you need specific illumination for the lenses of our illuminated pushbuttons? You can choose between different shapes and colours, in combination with symbols and markings as well as flashing functions, and glare-free options. We offer LEDs as light sources, in standardised designs T1 ¾ MG, T1 Bi-Pin, T5.5, T6.8, BA9s, single LED and bi-colour LED. Depending on the design, these use operating voltages from 6 VAC/DC to 230 VAC.
Software
EAO individually configures your applications with software. One example of this is the straightforward specific programming of tone frequencies, the tone sequence, and the sound level of our Multi-Tone Sound Modules (MTSMs). In addition, EAO will program individual light patterns and brightness levels for your actuators and indicators.
Cable and connection assembly
You benefit from custom-tailored solutions when it comes to cables and connection types. You choose the cable type, cable length, connection type (connector type) and pin assignments. EAO will assemble everything for you.
Modification of mechanical properties
EAO will adapt the mechanical characteristics of individual components and systems to suit your requirements. The adaptations can also include mechanical adjustments, material and colour changes, and a redesign of the front bezel and lenses.
Modification of electronics
Do you want custom electronic functions in our components? EAO makes this possible for you. Modifications can involve voltage ranges, protective circuits, wiring diagrams or customer-specific switching functions.
