Ecological commitment.
EAO behaves sustainably towards the environment. We set ecological standards for us, our products, and our customers. Along the entire value chain, our approach and actions seek to protect resources and the environment. When choosing our components and raw materials, we take into account certified manufacturers that comply with the EC Directives (REACH, RoHS) for pollutant-free production. Continuous checks and optimisations at all levels are an important component of our ecological commitment.
ISO certification 14001 for environmentally aware management is both a duty and a passion for us.
Long life and low emissions
EAO promotes environmental protection and ecological compatibility. We measure future technologies based on their efficiency, durability, emissions level and resource protection. The durability of products is an important component of our sustainability strategy. We rely on resource-conserving and low-emissions production based on low-pollutant basic materials. That is what EAO understands sustainability to be.
REACH- and RoHS-compliant
EU Directive 2012/19/EU WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulates the disposal of electrical and electronic components and devices. EU Directive 2011/65/EC RoHS 2 (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) restricts the use of certain dangerous substances in electrical and electronic components and devices. EU Directive 1907/2006/EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is an EU Chemicals Directive that generally governs and restricts the bringing-to-market of dangerous substances. EAO manufactures all products in accordance with the valid EC Directives.

Sustainability is also built into our consultancy service. We put our philosophy into practice across warehousing, project documentation, on-site training, and many other services, including refurbishment.
