As a leading HMI manufacturer, we want to set market benchmarks with our ethical principles and professional standards. The EAO Code of Conduct is part of our corporate philosophy. It provides all employees with guidelines for enacting the central corporate principles of the EAO Group in daily working life. It expresses the company’s expectations of its employees and business partners; defines the standards for legal and regulatory compliance; and contains our principles on communication, employees’ rights, health and safety, and financial integrity.

Our company’s existence is part of a bigger system of humans, values, other organizations and nature. The social responsibility of a business is to give back to the world just as it gives to us. This policy applies to the management and all employees of the EAO Group worldwide and include also suppliers and partners.
