A crucial part of this are our Culture Agents – committed ambassadors who not only contribute ideas, but also actively define, prioritise, implement and further develop measures. They are the driving force behind our community of values and put their heart and soul into shaping the corporate culture that unites us.

Celebrating, laughing and enjoying life together! At our company, it's not just about work – we also value spending time together. Once a month, we raise a glass at our ‘Beer after Four’ event, celebrate the New Year with a festive New Year's reception and enjoy barbecues on our roof terrace with its stunning views in the summer. Of course, our traditional staff party is also a must – a real highlight of the year!
In 2024, we also started a new tradition: Christmas Ugly Sweater Day – a celebration of (fashion) creativity and a wonderful opportunity to end the year with humour and team spirit. We also celebrated the exciting moments of the 2024 European Football Championship together, which provided us with many thrilling encounters and topics of conversation during coffee breaks. We love creating wonderful moments together – and look forward to many more!
