Olten, Switzerland, September 2026 – With its buttons, Series 57 covers a wide range of call for aid & emergency systems in public transportation. EAO is now expanding the range with new triangle front bezels, making the buttons even more versatile.
The slightly raised front surface of the new triangle front bezels prevents accidental activation while complying with EN 16585-3. This makes the front bezels an alternative to solutions featuring an adhesive warning triangle and a separate frame. They are made of long-lasting plastic and feature a new colour-protective coating.
The new triangle front bezels comply with the TSI PRM and are based on EN 16683 for emergency call and communication devices. Four variants are available: two in yellow and two in green. They are also available with optional tactile SOS letters and Braille. All are designed for indoor use and are suitable for emergency call and panic buttons in trains, trams, buses, and toilet facilities.
