In this role, Filiau will be responsible for driving business growth across the on-road and off-road vehicle markets by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with OEMs and strategic accounts. He will focus on expanding EAO's presence within the heavy-duty, specialty vehicle, truck, bus, and related transportation segments while supporting the company's continued growth in adjacent markets, including marine.

Filiau brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, engineering, program management, and sales leadership across the automotive, industrial, and heavy-duty vehicle industries. Most recently, he served as Global Sales Manager at MPI Engineered Products, where he developed strategic business partnerships and managed global customer portfolios across the fluid power, industrial, agriculture, and automotive sectors. Previously, he held leadership positions with Lear Corporation, Magna International, Marquardt Switches, and other leading manufacturers, supporting major OEMs including General Motors, Ford, Stellantis, Honda, Toyota, Rivian, Tesla, Caterpillar, John Deere, Navistar, and Honeywell.

His broad technical and commercial expertise will support the continued growth of EAO's globally recognized portfolio of Human Machine Interface (HMI) products and systems. By working closely with OEMs throughout the product development cycle, Filiau will help customers implement intuitive, reliable, and innovative HMI solutions that enhance operator safety, productivity, and user experience across heavy-duty trucks, specialty vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment, buses, and other mobile machinery applications.

Filiau is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and has extensive experience in automation, controls engineering, Industry 4.0 integration, and advanced manufacturing.
