As a reliable business partner, we place great importance on maintaining stable pricing, a high level of supply reliability, and consistently excellent quality in our products and services.

Recent developments in the global energy and raw materials markets continue to pose significant challenges across the industry. In particular, the substantial increase in energy, transportation, and petroleum-based raw material costs has resulted in considerable additional expenses throughout the entire supply chain.

Over the past several months, we have absorbed the majority of these additional costs through internal efficiency measures and comprehensive cost optimization initiatives. Due to the continued market conditions, however, our ability to offset these increases has become increasingly limited.

In order to maintain the supply security, product quality, and service standards you expect from us, we are now required to temporarily pass on a portion of these exceptional cost increases.

Therefore, effective July 1, 2026, we will apply a temporary Energy and Procurement Cost Surcharge of 2.5% to the respective net invoice value. This surcharge will be stated separately and transparently on our invoices.

The surcharge will apply exclusively to new orders placed on or after July 1, 2026.

Existing orders and existing framework agreements will remain unaffected by this measure.

This adjustment is expressly intended as a temporary response to the current market environment. We will continue to closely monitor developments in energy and raw material costs and will review the surcharge on an ongoing basis. Should market conditions improve sustainably, the surcharge will be adjusted accordingly or withdrawn in full.
