The production facility manufactures switches and buttons for the machine and railway industries. Up to 1.5 million different combinations can be assembled. We serve our customers with standard products and with products that we develop specifically for them. With great care and dedication, the devices are assembled by hand or using fully automated systems from individual parts and assemblies from over 330 different suppliers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority – that's why we do everything we can to ensure the best possible delivery capability and quality at all times.

As Head of Production, he juggles organisational talent, team spirit and the little surprises that everyday life brings. What he enjoys most is direct contact with people – and you can feel that immediately. Anyone who starts in our production department can look forward to exciting tasks and a strong team spirit. And of course, expert knowledge sometimes helps during challenging phases – but sometimes a good dose of pragmatism does too.
Industrial Engineering.

The Industrial Engineering department continuously plans, designs and improves assembly processes. It reviews workflows, develops efficient assembly concepts and optimises workplace design. It is also responsible for introducing new technologies, procuring operating resources and sustainably increasing productivity and quality.
Automation Technology.
Innovation for maximum efficiency.
The Automation Technology department is responsible for designing, constructing, programming and commissioning tailor-made automation solutions for production worldwide. The aim is to develop innovative, modern and efficient operating resources for the production sites in order to ensure the efficient manufacture of our products in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Quality assurance.
Reliability is no coincidence.
Our colleagues in quality assurance ensure that every EAO product meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and reliability. From the careful testing of individual components to the approval of the end product, we monitor the entire production process using state-of-the-art measurement and testing methods. We establish processes with our suppliers to ensure that we receive high-quality components.
If, contrary to expectations, there is a shortage of our products on the market, we do everything in our power to remedy the situation. Our goal is not only to meet our customers' expectations through consistent quality control and continuous improvement, but to exceed them – day after day, worldwide.
