Structured according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the report highlights four main focus areas:
- Governance – leadership, Code of Conduct, risk management
- Workplace – markets, customers, product innovation
- Marketplace – working conditions, training, culture
- Environment – CO₂ emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
