EAO Names Brian Massa Business Development Manager – Transportation

SHELTON, Conn., July 2025 – EAO, the expert partner for innovative, intuitive, and reliable Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), has announced that Brian Massa has joined the company as Business Development Manager – Transportation for EAO Corporation of North America.

In this role, Massa will be responsible for creating, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the railway market segment. He will work to strengthen EAO’s market position by expanding strategic relationships and driving growth, particularly with key railway accounts identified by the company.

Massa brings extensive experience in transportation and rail, most recently serving as Senior Business Development Application Engineer at Phoenix Contact. Before that, he held management roles in the rail sector at Harting, NA, and Esterline Power Systems, Leach International. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.

His technical expertise will significantly contribute to the continued growth and innovation of EAO’s globally recognized portfolio of Human Machine Interface (HMI) products and services by playing an instrumental role in supporting the evolving needs of the rail industry - enhancing functionality, safety, and user experience across a wide range of critical applications including driver’s cab controls, passenger access and door systems, onboard comfort and convenience features, as well as solutions tailored for retrofitting and modernization of existing rail vehicles and facilities. His addition to the team underscores EAO’s commitment to delivering intuitive, reliable, and forward-thinking HMI solutions worldwide.
