EAO wins iF DESIGN AWARD 2022!
The Series 09 Rugged Keypads receive the world-renowned design prize.
Olten, Switzerland, April 2022 – EAO wins this year’s iF DESIGN AWARD with its robust, modular Series 09 Rugged Keypads, and is thus one of the winners of the world-renowned design prize. The world’s oldest independent design organization, iF International Forum Design GmbH, has awarded the Rugged Keypads in the discipline «Product», in the category «1.01 Automobiles / Vehicles».
The robust control units with intelligent, flexible illumination convinced the 132-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world, with its intuitive, reliable function and the ergonomic, modular design. As a result, from the record-breaking number of almost 11’000 project and product submissions from 57 countries, the prestigious award was given to selected winners – including EAO’s Rugged Keypads.
With the reception of the iF DESIGN AWARD, the winning series of the Series 09 Rugged Keypads can be continued – We are extremely pleased to receive after the UX Design Award and the GOOD DESIGN AWARD now also the iF Award for this innovative product.
