The San Ace W range produces a huge 318 CFM (1.77m3/min) at a static pressure of 360Pa for the Φ175x69 frame size. Smaller sizes are available: Φ150x35mm, Φ133x91mm, Φ100x25mm. The maximum static pressure of 708 Pa is achieved by the Φ100x25 mm.
The environmental ratings for the class of product are excellent. The smallest fan produces 64dB(A) at a speed of 6400, consuming just 10.56W; the largest produces 64 at 3100 RPM, consuming 31.2W. This substantial improvement in performance is from engineering improvements to the frame, blades, motor and circuits.
San Ace W fans can be safely used in outdoors equipment like mobile telecoms base stations, servers, storages, heat exchangers, air cleaners, and other applications in harsh operating environments.
Non-splash-proof versions are also available from EAO, offering the same performance as the IP54-rated fans. They are all fitted with pulse sensors and PWM speed-control function as standard. As with all Sanyo Denki fans, these are high-reliability products and are guaranteed for a minimum 40,000 hours (tested at 60oC with a survival rate of 90%).
